RG Stock License Agreement

RG Stock offers a single licence. This licence is an agreement between you and RGB Publishing that covers the permitted use of any imaging that you purchase from our website. By purchasing and downloading content from the website you are confirming that you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement.

How can I use licensed content?

You may use licensed content in any way other than those listed under exemptions in this document.

Images are non-exclusive and may be licensed to and used by other parties.

You can use licensed images in an unlimited amount of projects.

Exemptions

Images may not be used for unlawful purposes including pornography, deformation, or any other unlawful purpose.

Images may not be shared with others or used in such a way that allows others to download or copy the content.

Images may not be used as a logo, trademarked material or corporate image relating to any business or other undertaking. If you wish to use images in this way you may only do so with the express permission of RGB Publishing.

You may not make any false claim to be the original creator of any images purchased and downloaded from RGB Publishing.

You may not use the image(s) in connection with any product where the sole value of that product lies with the image(s). This includes but is not limited to calendars, mugs, t-shirts, cards, or printed canvases. If you wish to use the image(s) for such purposes you must seek the express permission of RGB Publishing.

Images may not be used in electronic templates. Examples of such use includes but is not limited to website templates, business card templates, electronic greeting card templates, or brochure design templates.

Who else can use images?

You, your employer, or other employees at your company may use the images in connection with the business of your company.

Subcontractors employed directly by you or your company may use the images in connection with the business of your company.
